This DOES NOT make the bike eligable for normal Australian Road registration, as they are still classed as a NARV (not a road vehicle) by the Department of Transport. It only helps if you want to get VIC rec rego, or you want a bike with a bigger headlight and handle mounted on/off switches for your particular riding.
